Delivery and Pick Up
Yard Art Patio & Fireplace offers a full-service delivery department. For a small fee, we will deliver, assemble and place your furniture to your satisfaction. At the time of purchase, you and your salesperson will set a delivery date. On the day prior to delivery, our delivery department will call you with a two-hour window for your delivery time.
In the event that you wish to pick up your furniture, our warehouse is located at 1850 Diplomat Dr, Suite 200, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. Warehouse hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday). Please let your salesperson know when you plan to pick up your furniture. Your salesperson will advise the Warehouse of your intended pick up time so that they have the opportunity to prepare your furniture, which will minimize your waiting time. Directions to our Warehouse are located on the store locations page of the website. Please be aware that for liability reasons, our Warehouse team cannot secure your furniture to your vehicle. Please bring all materials that you will need to secure your furniture to your vehicle. The Warehouse team will assist you in loading the furniture.

Inspection of Furniture
Yard Art Patio & Fireplace will inspect your furniture prior to loading, however we strongly encourage you to inspect your furniture as well. If you notice a problem, please advise your salesperson immediately. In many cases, we can resolve the problem with a service call.
In-Stock Returns
Returns and or exchanges must be made within 7 days of original purchase and be accompanied by original sales receipt. Returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in NEW condition. Sales made by check or cash will have a 10 day waiting period and refunds will be sent by check from home office. Sales made by credit card must be credited to the original card used at time of purchase and can be refunded on the same day after approval is received. There are no refunds on delivery and or installation.
