Special Orders

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a great selection of in-stock merchandise to choose from. In the case that you cannot find exactly what you are looking for at one of our stores, we are happy to special order exactly what you want. Be aware that the special order process can take up to 8-12 weeks. We will do all that we can to keep you informed during the special order process. Please be advised that Special Order Items cannot be returned, and that a 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed.



Delivery and Pick Up

Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the purchase balance is not paid in full within the promotional period.*

*The Preferred Customer Account credit card is issued by Wells Fargo Financial National Bank. Special terms apply to qualifying purchases charged with approved credit. Regular monthly payments are required during the promotional (special terms) period. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date at the APR for Purchases if the purchase balance is not paid in full within the promotional period. For newly opened accounts, the APR for Purchases is 27.99%. This APR may vary with the market based on the U.S. Prime Rate and is given as of 7/1/2015. If you are charged interest in any billing cycle, the minimum interest charge will be $1.00.

Yard Art Patio & Fireplace offers a full-service delivery department. For a small fee, we will deliver, assemble and place your furniture to your satisfaction. At the time of purchase, you and your salesperson will set a delivery date. On the day prior to delivery, our delivery department will call you with a two-hour window for your delivery time.

In the event that you wish to pick up your furniture, our warehouse is located at 1223 Crestside Dr.
Suite #100 Coppell, Tx 75019. Our Warehouse hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday – Friday. Please let your salesperson know when you plan to pick up your furniture. Your salesperson will advise the Warehouse of your intended pick up time so that they have the opportunity to prepare your furniture, which will minimize your waiting time. Directions to our Warehouse are located on the store locations page of the website. Please be aware that for liability reasons, our Warehouse team cannot secure your furniture to your vehicle. Please bring all materials that you will need to secure your furniture to your vehicle. The Warehouse team will assist you in loading the furniture.

In order to provide you with the best service possible, we are committed to doing everything we can to assure that you are happy with your purchase from Yard Art Patio & Fireplace. All warranties are offered and governed by the manufacturer of your furniture. As an expression of our commitment to customer service, we have a team of employees designated to represent your needs with the manufacturer. We find that, in most cases, our purchasing relationship with the manufacturer allows us easier access to the customer service department than our customers would experience on their own.
To begin the warranty process: photograph the problem you are having with your furniture, most Manufacturers request at least one picture of the problem and at least one picture of the entire piece of furniture. These photos along with details of the problem, invoice number and date of purchase should be emailed to our Warranty Department at or can be mailed to our Warranty Department at 1223 Crestside Dr. Suite #100 Coppell, Tx 75019 or a service call can be scheduled for us to come out and take the pictures and pick up the information requested above; to schedule a time and get current rate charges, please call our Warranty Department at 972.594.4800 x307. In most cases the manufacturer will not pay for delivery and or service calls, these are responsibilities of the customer.

Each manufacturer’s claim process has different requirements. We generally get a response from the manufacturer within two weeks depending on the time of year and nature of the problem. At this time Warranty Department personnel will contact you and let you know the process the manufacturer is recommending. We will follow your claim through the entire warranty process and keep you informed of all processes.

We will attempt to make the warranty claim process as smooth and timely as possible. Please understand that we are a facilitator in the process, and thereby have limited control over the outcome and the length of time involved in resolving the claim.
