Warranty Information

To Our Valued Customer,

In order to provide you with the best service possible, we are committed to doing everything we can to assure that you are happy with your purchase from Yard Art Patio & Fireplace. All warranties are offered and governed by the manufacturer of your furniture. As an expression of our commitment to customer service, we have employees designated to represent your needs to the manufacturer. We find that, in most cases, our purchasing relationship with the manufacturer allows us easier access to the customer service department than our customers would experience on their own.

To begin the warranty process: photograph the problem you are having with your furniture. This photo(s) with written details of the problem, invoice number and date of purchase should be emailed to your sales representative at the store email address below:

If you do not have the capability of doing this you may take your damaged product to your closest store and they will photograph your product, take the details of problem and send the email for you. In most cases the manufacturer will not pay for delivery and or service calls, these are responsibilities of the customer.

Each manufacturer’s claim process has different requirements. Our staff will handle these details for you and process the claim with the manufacturer. We generally get a response from the manufacturer within a week or two depending on the time of year. At this time, a Yard Art Patio & Fireplace Sales Representative will contact you (by email if you have provided us an email address) to let you know the process the manufacturer is requesting. We will follow your claim through the entire warranty process and keep you informed of all processes. In most cases the manufacturer will not pay for delivery and or service calls, these are responsibilities of the customer.

We will attempt to make the warranty claim process as smooth and timely as possible. Please understand that we are a facilitator in the process, and thereby have limited control over the outcome and the length of time involved in resolving the claim. We provide this warranty service because of our commitment to your satisfaction with your purchase from Yard Art Patio & Fireplace.
